Yes, you get more light this way - but you are also completely disregarding
the safety of other drivers by blinding them! E-codes have a cut-off for the
light beam, so as to reduce the height of the glaring light. The 2
soloutions can not be compared!

Untrue! You have gotten similar light in front of you, at the great expense
of your fellow drivers, but who cares about that, as long as you can see! If
they can't, at least you can see them careening towards you at 70mph,
blinded by your total lack of consideration!
