condensation on oil filler cap - update

Hello Group!
Thanks for all your help.  I was ready to start dismantling the engine to check the water
pump seal.
Based on what you told me, I will let the car alone until spring when the ice melts.
Indeed, it is mostly driven short distances in cold weather so some
condensation would be normal.  Oil seems to be OK, at least as far as I can tell by
looking at the drop or so on the dipstick.  Conclusion: don't fix it if it
ain't broke.
