!@#$% "driving" highbeams - RE: 200 to 100 headlight conversion

You're right- that is a big pet peeve of mine- people
driving around on clear days with their foglights,
driving lights, high beams, rear foglights, all sorts
of unnecessary lights glaring right in your eyes.

I have rarely been successful in flashing my brights
at these idiots to get them to turn off their extra
lights- they're so clueless that they don't know that
they're annoying the hell out of everyone and posing a
danger to other drivers.

That's why I plan on getting a full rally car night stage
light rack on a car, so when an inconsiderate driver does
this, I'll just put 30M candlepower of HID Xenon lighting
in front of them. Fight fire with fire! :-)

Just kidding, but seriously, it's dangerous and improper,
like Mike said.
