speaking of squeeling

I just had the timing belt done on my 4kq was wondering what causes that bad
bearing type noise.
Everything is new so why all the noise? Even my 20V does it on occasion.
I have experienced this 4 times and have heard it on others.
It seems to go away after about 30k mi but it sure is annoying.
Is there a fix for this other than just cranking up the radio?
