Wouldn't surprise me a bit.
I received a catalog from them over a year ago, and noticed they were close
enough to where I live that I wanted to make contact to establish a new parts
source. I then loaned the catalog to a freind who, much to my chagrin,
immediatley lost it.
When I initially contacted them by phone (over a year ago), they very
summarily dismissed my questions about hours etc. and related they were
"mail-order ONLY."
Other attempts to contact them via e-mail and messages were _never_ returned.
I gave up on them months ago.
