There are numerous differences between the v8 and the 200q20v(which
is the only other model that could be, and very often is, mistaken as
a V8q.)

-the C-pillar covers are smooth as opposed to ridged
-the rear door meets the fender differently(there is no
rubber->chrome piece as on the 200q20v, for example)
-the grille is integrated into the hood
-the headlights are totally unique
-the rear lightbar is all red plastic(externally.)
