Where do I find a rubber wheel?

Hey everyone,
I started prepping my 4kq this weekend, so it can be painted in a couple
of weeks.  I've got to find a good way to get off the adhesive strips on
the sides that hold on the body molding.

I know of the wd40 method, and some other ideas, but Steven Bigelow
mentioned that he found a rubber wheel that fit onto a drill motor, that
worked like an eraser.  He found his at a bodyshop supply store, but as
I don't have one of those nearby, does anyone know where to find one of
these?
I checked the local sears, and another hardware type store, but this is
a little out of their league.  Anyone know of a good place to find one?
