High mileage oil?

Maybe they add STP to it..............

The only difference (I would venture to guess) is either additives or higher
viscosity, which would prevent the oil from leaking between the valve guides
and the rings?....................

Somewhat, an oil "to counter" the 0W30 and the 5W30, possibly?????????????

Hi gang,

I'm starting to see oils "specifically" made for high mileage
engines.  Castrol has one for example.  Any BTDT on these or is this just
more snake oil?
