FW: Fuel Pumps

While I was in pinch in Bella Coola, I called all over the place and had
some pretty good people looking for anything that I could substitute, just
to get home. Somewhere in the back of my head I imagined removing the
existing pump (or at least gutting it) and putting a piece of hose in its
place to get the pickup from the bottom of the tank. Then I would put the
inline fuel pump possibly near the fuel filter. Couldn't find anything that
would put out the pressure that the CIS system needs. I did find some
generic in line electric pumps, but max was around 10 PSI. Apparently the
CIS system needs around 90 PSI.
