Anti Freeze

I can relay my mechanic's thoughts on this, and I trust him w/ my car-
I'd use the VAG blue antifreeze in your car. You should use the pink or
red antifreeze in the newer Audis that came w/ the stuff from the
factory.

I just did the timing belt and H2O pump in my 200 and put the blue
stuff in there, asked that very question. The pink or red stuff is also
not compatible with the green or blue stuff- don't mix the two.
