Speedo ? 5KCSTQ

I have been thinking that my speedo isn't ready
correctly.  So I checked my speed on the digital
display and there is a discrepency between the two.
So which one should I follow, the digital reads lower
than the analog.  I think that the digital is the
correct reading.  Any feedback would be great.
