Grrrr! Bloody monkey lad at Audi dealership

For some reason unbeknown to me my Coupe doesn't have the correct wash/wipe
stalk installed. I suppose the wrong replacement must have been ordered and
fitted at some point in the car's history. I would hope it was installed at
the factory, this would have been covered under warranty anyway.
I've found this annoying enough during the bad weather to buy the correct
replacement. I would have fitted this myself had I had the crown needed to
remove the steering wheel.
So I had no other choice but to entrust my car with a local dealership. Bad
idea!
They said it would take an hour to do which I knew was BS, having said that,
they agreed to do it for "half price", in other words they'd charge me for
half an hour. I agreed to this knowing that I could do in about 15 mins.
I waited at the garage for them to carry this complex task out for me. The
first thing to tick me off was seeing the numb nut working inside the car
without using a poly seat cover, I also see another idiot leaning on the
framless window watching this inept "technician".
When I see he is struggling to get the assembly back together he asks me to
leave the garage and wait in the reception for "insurance purposes".
Shortly afterwards he comes through to ask me if the horn was working on the
car. Yes I reply, annoyed.
I then hear the horn sounding a number of times, I think to myself the clown
has discovered his mistake of not reconnecting the single wire to the pad.
I get the car back and drive it off without thinking anymore about it only
to notice the horn pad is broken, and the steering column trim isn't flush
anymore. I then test the rear wash wipe only to find it wash both the rear
window and my back seat.
I contacted the service manager when I got home to complain, I'm returning
the car this afternoon to rectify their work. I'll be insisting on a
replacement horn pad and that Mr. Stupid doesn't touch my car ever again.
I don't know, you put you car in for some improvements, and it comes back
worse than before, and you pay for the priviledge. Arrrghhhhhh!!!!
