I agree with Huw here (and I've said it before) nothing wrong with the CISE
setup in NA.  If you are going to CIS3 for better power or reliabilty its
just not there, CIS3 is more advanced, and maybe with the Knock sensing
igniton you can push the timing another degree or two,maybe another few hp
under certain conditions, but the CISE has more than enough to fuel even a
hot rodded 2.3.

 Brendan's 4k is running a very mildly (a bit of p&p) hopped up 2.3 that
 way and seems fine.  CIS-E is supposed to be good to 160-170 hp, right,
 so should deliver plenty of fuel to the engine.
