cool plates, listers?

Hmmm... I was walking to the tram in Leipzig the other day, only to
notice a cool black RS4. Plates: L-RS-4040... love those custom-
made plates, too bad we don't have 'em here in Holland :-( Reminds
me of another car that drives around in that area. Plates show L-V-
888. These don't happen to be any listers, do they?
