5Kcstqa - head removal before upgrades at 160Kmi?

Man this is really mushrooming. I guess I should pull the valve springs
and keepers, lap the valves, mild port and poish. Well this will be the
second head within a year. How much meat is in this head for P&P? I
suppose with the new cam, not to radical, but a bit more lift, I should get
Autotech springs. Since the power is getting up there, should I consider
Raceware studs(expensive) or just get new stock headbolts?
Any BTDT, caveats..
