Didn't ALL us more mature folks read that story in our youth?  I recall it
being something I read in association with school.  I generally don't build
fires (ever since my little brother set the house on fire by putting a
candle in a box to "light up" the windows he'd cut in it), but I've thought
about that tale every time I've driven in a snowstorm.
