I completely agree.  The effort and cost associated with swapping the CIS
turbo fuel system is better used on an EFI setup from the get go.  Nate
Stuart did that on his 90tq and is glad he did:
http://www.newtsplace.com/90tq .  My 4ktq is also under the knife for an EFI
transplant.  Really a pretty straight forward job.  We are both using 034efi
BTW, http://www.034efi.com although there are other engine management systems
that could work for you as well.
