WANTED: Misc S4 parts

Just purchased a '93 S4 and am looking for some parts:

1  - Owner's manual
2  - Bentley service manual (hardcopy or CD), would prefer CD
3  - Car jack in new condition (P/N 4A0011031A)
4  - Trunk tool kit in new condition
5  - Hold-down assembly for spare wheel in good condition (bolt, plastic
nuts, etc.)
6  - Pressboard cover for spare wheel
7  - Grey trunk mat over spare wheel cover
8  - Gas struts for rear trunk lid (P/N 4A5827552)
9  - Set of black floor mats in good condition
10 - Set of 16" or 17" wheels, my original 5-spoke wheels have snow tires
11 - Turbo gauge, any suggestions?

Will consider any spare parts for the S4 -- nothing else needed now but who
knows? Am considering Eibach/Bilsteins and IA 3+ chip in the near future.
