S4 trip computer?

Only on the '92 S4.  It's in between the tach and the speedo in the center
of the instrument cluster.  AoA deleted the trip computer for the '93 and
later cars (with the exception of some early '93 Canadian cars which have
sort of a mix of '92 and '93 features).
