Marc,

That is how I had my original EFI setup, see:

You can't see it specifically, but the crankase breater came out of the back
side of that stainless flare. It had about 2' of hose, so very little oil
actually made it down to the turbo. If you think about it, however, there is
oil all over the intake in the stock CIS setup, so oil and oil fumes
shouldn't be much concern. Also, the AAN, 3B etc are set up like this also,
though they have little catch resivoirs between the crankcase and the intake.
Most other turbo EFI setups put the crankcase before the turbo too becuause
you don't want to be pressurizing things in there.

Currently with the header and the big T3/T4 turbo, I am venting the crankcase
to atmosphere, until the smog police call anyway =)

<< specifically on turbo cars... I've realized that it would be nice to be
"green" and connect my block vent back into the intake system. The simple
solution as Huw pointed out to me would seem to be to connect the crank vent
into a "t" that connects to a metal intake pipe that I could fabricate for my
turbo intake (with a cone filter on the other end). The concern that I have
with this is shoving potential oil fumes right through the turbo. Any
problems with this or is this pretty much how it is setup on stock EFI turbo
cars (like the S4, 3B, etc)?
