 yes, he does say its an ebay thing, but he says in his listing, where he typed in, saying its a bi-turbo ??????

... yes, I too chuckled when I read that ... apparently it is some sort of
an ebay thing ... if you read down to the bottom of the ad it notes this
fact ...
