Way too much work Phil.  Try leaving the FI's in the head (remove them at the
FD), IM, EM, turbo attached.  WG can come off (it's only 4 nuts) but not
necessary.  CPR stays where it is, pull the lines away.  Disconnection of the
driveshaft shield is busywork, why?  The bottom nuts on the WG/DP are 12mm
wrenches (soft exhaust nuts from AAG), bolt heads are 13mm.  Leave the CSI in
the IM, just disconnect the line.

I'd never recommend trying to pull either the IM OR EM before the head is
coming out.  You do it this way, you'll be breaking bolts/nuts/studs AND
pulling the head with the manifolds attached.  Save the step.
