Dash Light HELP!!

So the white one without the bulb is the OXS sensor light and it should not have a bulb now. OK that's fine, but I'd really like to know for sure on the other one. Right now it's in the hole for the idiot light that looks like an engine or tranie with a little electrical emblem in it. What is that one for? Should there have been a light in it? I just stuck it in there because I didn't want to loose it in the dash. Can anyone confirm what this one is really? The one I'm talking about is this one:

Hi Dave,
I don't remember exactly, but one of those sockets is for the passenger
belt warning light. The other that stays on with the ignition is almost
surely the OXS sensor warning light. For some freakin reason, the OXS
light is not resettable on the digital dash. Once the light activates at
40 K miles, its on forever. The book say to discard the bulb. I didn't
believe it, so I put the bulb in and sure enough I had to take it out again.
