That's what I was wondering also. I hope the answer is "clean it well and
rub it with an eraser", because that's what I tried. It doesn't seem to
have melted into the housing, but then again I run regular 60/55s.

At least my horn works again. Brainwave today told me I'd forgotten to
replace the connector on the horn ring, and on disassembly this turned out
to be the case.
Only when you have no horn and no 'flash to pass' you notice that you use
these a lot...
