4ktq conversion parts wish list

Can anyone rec. a list of hi-po parts to install along with the MC motor I'm
about to install in my 4kq? I'll do the EFI conversion later, however I'm
looking to do anything that will work with an EFI system as well as the CIS
system that came out of the 89 200t donor car. A chip or ecu and I suppose
an adjustable wastegate is first, correct? I'll be taking the head off to
have some mild work done to it, is there a cam available for these MC motors
that are worth their price? How about the exhaust header? Lastly, I know
there are allot of suppliers who have these parts, but who's the fairest in
price and service? I'd rather deal with just one place as opposed to
shopping around, thanks!
