This post is going to be somewhat "out of character" for me, so I
apologise in advance to those with sensitive souls...

Phil,

Your page is not just pure plagiarism, it violates my stated copyright
policy ("Non-commercial use is only permitted on the condition that you
credit me and list the address of this site"). Maybe the implication
that commercial use is not permitted should have been more specific.
Yours is, after all, a commercial site.

Not that I really give a DAMN, my Audi site is pretty much of a public
service, and all that info I put together on relays is essentially in
the public domain anyway. But it was my work - and it took hours and
hours to collate all that info and assemble it in some sort of useful
order.

I just sat down and compared the two lists to find "all the errors" in
mine.

They are identical lists with the following exceptions:

1. You have left out five relays from my list.
2. You have three on yours that aren't on mine.

3. You moved the "5A" marking on the hot start pulse relay into the
"pinout" column. In fact, this was the only "error" I found in
comparing the lists.

I "feel" like you owe me an apology on a few counts, but then again, it
does not really matter... I'll get over it, I just felt compelled to
respond due to your statement about "all the errors." I sat down to
compare the lists because I respect you and fully expected mine to be
riddled with errors - I was a bit surprised to not find any corrections
of my list on yours at first, and then more than a little miffed when I
found... none at all.

But really, I am just aggrieved that after all of our various statements
about the propriety of lifting data from other sites and putting it on
one's own (a few months ago on this very forum), that you didn't even
have the graciousness to ask if I minded.

So let's just leave it at this - you owe me a (warm) beer next time you
are visiting the colonies, or I the "old country," ok?
