ISV compatability

Listers,
I have a 87 5ktq ISV and a 89 200tq ISV. They both look similar. Are they
interchangable between cars?(can I use a 200 ISV in a 5000, or viceversa) I
cannot tell if the parts numbers are the same because both ISV's parts
numbers are unreadable...
