Rotate crank. 27 mm socket. Can rotate easily with 1 ft. ratchet.  It is easiest way.  2 days ago I managed to put it on
just using 2 screw  drivers and just becaus I was lazy to crowl from under the car to take socket and ratchet.  Again,
10V.  I think it is same for 20V.
