On little black boxes from insurance companies....

    Anyone aware of the judgment in Connecticut in the last week or so stopping
a car rental company from their practice of tracking their rentals via GPS, then
assessing $150 "fines" when the renter was detected speeding?  Refunds and fines
ordered too!
