Engine flushing opinions

Hey what is the census on engine oil flushing? Yay? Nay? What products? How do you do it? I've heard of people putting in a can of Marvelous Mystery Oil and allow to idle for 1/2 hour before an oil change. Others do the same thing but use ATF (has more solvents?) while others use those products designed for engine flushing from companies like STP (eek!). Yet others swear by the Bilstein (sp?) engine flushing system that can be found at some dealers. Boy that one is pricey at around $125 including an oil change. Is it worth it? Let's discuss the merits of engine oil flushing...
