asiest way would be to use a factory fog light switch as your driving
light selector (unless you are using it to run fogs, in which case I'd
consider having the D-lights run off of the rear fog position). Neat and
clean looking AND it may have an in dash indicator. Run a line from the
high beam line (87?) to the switch, then from the switch to the relay. If
the switch is open, then the driving lights won't light, if the switch is
closed, they will only trigger with the high beams.  I have this set-up
in my Euro equipped GTi.
