[V6-12v] 100CSq cooling fan stays on

After I heard the fan running I turned everything except the car off
(lights, climate control, radio etc...)

I went back out three hours later and turned the key and there goes the
fan again.  I made sure the climate control was off too.

I'll be using my sister's 94 90 tomorrow.
