Replace both seals, the cam cover and the cam seal. Use a rubber cam
cover gasket to make life easier. You don't have any cam bearings,
it's steel on steel (hopefully there are no scratches on the
journals).
You won't need any special tools if you choose to reuse the timing
belt, but if the belt has 75k then it is time for a new belt and
water pump. Doing both at once will save little bit of time. Are you
familiar with the screwdriver trick for removing the cam gear?
If you reuse the belt, you can loosen the water pump to remove it or
sometimes you can slip it off the cam sprocket.
Do you have the proper torque wrench for the cam bolts? Something
like 14ft lbs on them?
Don't forget the important disclaimer- you have to wait 30 min (or
45?) from the time the lifters go in till the time you start the
engine, so don't use your super-human speed when putting things back
together:-)
