I am in the middle of (finally) updating the audifans links page... I
have removed all the dead links and there is a temporary version on my
site at the url below.

Please go there, and if you have a site you want added (or changed), let
me know!  I'll give it a few days then update it all at once, then
probably ignore it for another year or so...
