Tail light(s) failure

Hello all!

Need some helping finding the problem with my tail
lights.
The Lic plate (or tag lights), reverse lights and the
amber running lights (below the clear reverse) have
ceased to operate. The headlights brake & turns signal
work fine. All bulbs have been checked out and there
is no power getting to them. Ive searched the archives
but am hampered by no bently and no consistent thread
name.
fuses are OK!  Oh BTW, it's an 87 4KCSQ.
