fool pumps(things that go woooo in the night)

Is it possible you have one of the Bosch "Czech
Republic" pumps?  I replaced 3 so far, and the only
one that buzzed noticeably since the get go was made
outside Germany, and was purchased just about 3 yrs.
ago.  Coincidence?  I thought someone posted a while
back that there were some QC issues when they switched
to the new factory.  I've certainly found this to be
true with other parts, radiators most notably.
