Used rally suspension?

I may be buying a used rally suspension and was wondering if anybody has
used these products and could give me some feedback
before I buy. I can't seem to find any info on the web. The following is
the description the seller gave me.

Full, matched rally suspension for any 4kq. This set-up utilizes the
stock uprights and lifts the car about an inch. Big-bore
"gravel-spec" bilstiens, and Scheffield power-coil springs(linear rate).
Low, mostly street mileage. $***(way less than half of
what I paid about a year ago.), or possible trade for nice street susp.,
or a nice set of wheels.
