rear diff mount replacement

Has anyone replace the 2 front, rear diiferential
mounts?

Bently does not mention a press fitt like the single
rear mount.

Can replacement be done w/o removing rear diff and
just slipping out old and in new while supporting rear
diff w. floor jack or the likes?

I can't wait to fix that rear end shift thump!
The rear diff left side moves about 1/2" up and down
right now.
