No it isn't. My 4kq had a huge lake in the passenger side rear
foot well during a 12 hour drive from Colorado to Dallas many
years ago. Neither my partner nor I were aware of a water problem
until we saw his leather briefcase floating.  Somehow that water
sneaks back there.  Check the drain, it's cheap and easy.
