not satisfied with allowing us to drive a new a3 off the lot, the dealer
rings me today and says that there is a brand spanking new a3 (of the same
spec) waiting for us at the dealership.  if we would care to bring back the
other a3 (with all of 150km on the clock), we can drive off in the new one.

tracey went and did the deed, and found a twin pack of very nice premium
(nz) white wine on the seat, in a audi-emblemed box, a note from the
dealership, and registration for a ladies-only drivers course, and a nice
soft leather documentation wallet for her husband's 20v ur-q which has had
to make do with a nasty plastic one all these years...

class.
