Rear bench connections

If you turn on the seat heater in the passenger side front seat, the seat
heats up without sitting on it.  when i turn on the rear heaters the leather
is still cold.  are you saying that there is some contact that a laden seat
makes that an unladen one doesn't ?? I ould swear that I had heat in the
rear before tilting up the bench.


what are the red, yellow and blue connectors attached to the bench.
