Wow, you are a d*ck, aren't you? My labor is free to
me. BTW, I make $30. an hr. as a union carpenter.
How much do you make as a professional a$$hole? I'll
bet that pays real well. As a matter of fact I have
switched from using mostly junkyard parts to MOSTLY
new OEM parts. I wouldn't think of using junkyard
engine mounts or suspension bushings just to mention
2. This hose was nearly new in age, and the cad.
corrosion was superficial. If this was a TRUE OEM
hose instead of some knock-off it would have worked
fine for many yrs. If your cylinder head was damaged
would you buy a new OEM one? How about the fender?
Or trunk lid? The purpose of the message was to find
out if anyone knew the source of this POS hose and
that WE wouldn't buy these, because of their problems.
I didn't KNOW this was a problem knock-off hose, or I
wouldn't have bothered. Even though, it was not such
a big gamble IMO. Yes, the hose is a bit of a PITA,
but not so bad. I think I had less than a hr. total
from start to completion, including cleanup. Plus I
did it on a Sunday morning and my boys like watching
and helping a little. Hopefully they'll learn some
useful skills through the years. Hope you have a nice
day. Don't bother sending me any more of your
"assistance". BTW, you over-payed for your hose.
Shop around.
