Update to 01E Transmission web pages

Thanks to information and pictures from a couple folks in Europe, I've been
able to update some of the information on the 01E transmission web pages,

There is a new page of pictures showing differences in the center
housing casting of transmissions that have the wide 1st gear, and
showing the tail housing and shift mechanisms that have to be converted
to use an S2 or RS2 gearbox in a UrS4/S6.
