Just to hang this in an appropriate thread ..

Found my 4mm impact driver - FACOM ENH.204

The key diagnostic for the tandem pump is that it should resist twice
per revolution when hand turned.  If it only resists once, one set of
piston seals has gone and it needs rebuilding - you need the 4mm
impact driver to get the cap over the piston out.

I've not yet met a pump with both pistons defective.
