That's a very late(post 1991) 100 or any year A6. 200s only came
with the turbo inline 5 and production ceased with the 1991 model
year. There is also the 90 quattro, which past a certain year
started coming with V6's. There is also of course the A4, although
the V6 was typically coupled with higher end luxury features and
costs more than the 1.8 I-4 turbo.

As others have pointed out, there are tens of thousand of these cars
running around given your rather wide criteria.

Some places to start:

-the Marketplace section of Audifans.com
-your local paper/want advertiser
-any of dozens of used car listing sites(autotrader.com, cars.com, etc)

If you find one that cosmetically appears in good condition and the
asking price is right, the owner seems to have done regular
maintenance, etc...have it inspected by a good non-dealership
mechanic(charge should be around or under $100 depending upon how
detailed an inspection the mechanic does) and run a VIN check to make
sure the car wasn't salvaged, odometer wasn't rolled back, etc.
Unless you are sure of what you're doing, don't buy through ebay or
other auctions. Make sure the mechanic checks everything out,
including emissions, fluid leaks, suspension components, the engine
computer should be checked for fault codes, etc etc.

You can find a list of recommended mechanics off the Audifans.com
site...click on "mechanics."
