front seat interchangeability?

Thanks for your response.  Although info. re: switching between model years is
also of interest, what I really meant to pose to the list was Left/Right side
interchangability.  As we all know, driver's side seats usually wear out long
before passenger side.  I'm looking for comments on that kind of switching.
