Speaking of seat interchangeability ... ('85 4kq)

The driver's seat on my '85 4kq winter beater is broken.  About 3/4 of the
way up the seat back, the metal seat frame is broken, and the top 1/4 of
the seat basically bends 90 degrees backwards and just flops there.

I've found several seats at local junkyards, but none are the brown heated
one that would match.  Is this interior specific to the '85 4kq, or can I
widen my search for a matching seat?  Ideally, I'd like to fix it, but I
have no idea how difficult it would be to have the seat frame welded.  I
hate to ditch the driver's seat, since it has a working heater in it. :-)
