I would imagine that I-95 is pretty much clear (I live about 30 miles east
of I-95 in the center of NC, near Greenville.) I did hear of a couple of
big tractor-trailer type trucks causing blockage, but that was
yesterday. It has gotten pretty warm here today, and it's supposed to be
warmer tomorrow, the snow has melted off most of the roads except for the
bridges. I drove around last night in my AWD Subaru, and it had no problem
going through the approximately 6-8" of snow on the road here. It was
almost easier going through virgin snow on the side roads than the packed
snow and ice slush on the main roads.
