200 v. S6 headlights

The DOT lights on the '95 S6 are passable. Not great, but passable.

I wasn't aware that the '89 200 actually came with lights, so I can't
provide a comparison. There's a place for them on the front of the car, and
some spacers that look a lot like headlamp lenses, but on our 200t there
must not have been any place for bulbs...or maybe they weren't connected.
You'd move the headlamp switch to "on" but it didn't have any discernable
effect.
