LAC: speeding citation

Ryan,
although i'm in missouri, this might be worth a try in wisconsin. i was
able to convert my citation of going 45 in 35 into a 'no point
violation' meaning a 'point' would not be added my record and my
insurance would not go up if i paid them 1.5x my ticket which would be
$75 to get rid of the $50 ticket. and what you're suggesting can also be
done because my dad has done it.. anyway have fun...
